Implants
Dental Implants are the closest you can get to replicating the biology of a natural tooth.
With some minor surgery, a dental implant, which is made from titanium, is placed to replace the natural tooth root. The implant will take from 2-3 months to ‘integrate’ with the jaw bone before a natural, tooth-coloured crown or bridge is fitted to the implant. Implants can also be used to stabilise a loose denture to stop it slipping.
Our dentist Kevin Hebenton works with the support of an external implant surgeon to place dental implant crown sand bridge work. Our patients enjoy results than can last for many years.
Bridges
For patients with a missing a tooth or teeth, Dental Bridges offer a fixed alternative to removable dentures. Your dentist will discuss with you the best solution to meet your budget and requirements.
The simplest bridges don’t involve any tooth preparation, just a wing which glues to your adjacent tooth. This means even the most nervous patient can have their gaps filled with minimum intervention. A conventional bridge requires preparation of the adjacent teeth and then a digital scan. Bridges are available from £795.
Dentures
Dentures are removable plates which can be used to replace single teeth to entire arches. Dentures can be made with pink acrylic bases and metal cobalt chromium bases and a solution is available for almost any mouth.
Acrylic dentures start from £795 and Cobalt Chromium denture from £1,200.

For patients who have trouble with loose dentures, dental implants can also be an ideal way to hold a denture in place securely, so you feel confident when talking and eating.
